Catch-All Email Address is very useful when someone mis-spell the email address by accident and the email can still be delivered to webmaster.
The bad news is that Catch-All Email Address feature will be manipulated by spammers to deliver junk mails. Since spammers can send junk mails to a random email address and it can still reach the email box of webmaster.
For this reason, web hosting providers who offer this feature will disable it by default. Not only it encourages spam mails, but also it will increase the workload of web hosting servers.
